A small amount of the filler is injected into the skin with a very fine needle. The injected gel produces natural volume under the wrinkle, which is lifted up and smoothed out. The results can be seen immediately.

We can also use injections which contain a chemical agent that will reduce the activity of the muscles that cause those lines to form over time. These ‘muscle inhibitors’ work by temporarily reducing the contractions of the muscles that cause persistent lines. Within days you may see an improvement that can last over 6 months. These treatments are fast and safe and leave no scars or other traces on the face.

Our experience has shown that a typical treatment can be effective for up to one year or more after the treatment of wrinkles. Most patients choose to have a follow-up treatment six to twelve months after the initial treatment of wrinkles.
